Founders Associate - Working Student (m/w/d)

At Bavest, you’re not doing busywork, you’re working on the company itself. We power real clients like eToro, Tradegate and other financial institutions with the data backbone for banks, brokers, and asset managers across Europe and beyond. We’re a lean fintech team, and every person here moves the needle. As a Working Student, you’ll work directly with our CEO and COO. You’ll support sales, automate how we work, and take ownership of the projects that keep Bavest moving. **What You’ll Do** * Support the CEO and COO in their daily work and on strategic projects * Drive sales: research prospects, prepare outreach and pitches, and manage our pipeline * Automate workflows with AI tools and agents, from lead research to reporting * Prepare client and investor materials, KPI reports, and meeting briefings * Take on whatever matters most this week, across sales, operations, and marketing **What We’re Looking For** * Student in business, economics, finance, computer science, or a related field * Strong analytical skills and a structured way of thinking * You love building automations and use AI tools daily * Interest in financial markets, fintech, or startups * Fluent English, German is a plus * You take ownership, move fast, and don’t wait to be told what to do * You’re based in or near Frankfurt **Tools:** Claude · Notion · HubSpot · Google Workspace · n8n **How to Apply** Send your application to career@bavest.co and answer these 3 questions: 1.
