**Build a career that grows with you.** Meaningful work, receive and give real mentorship, small interconnected agile teams, and a clear framework that keeps making you more valuable over time. **The Career Opportunity** Great design doesn't happen by accident\-it happens when talented people are aligned around a shared purpose, supported by strong processes, and given the space to do their best work. As a UX/UI Design Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape not only the experiences we create for our clients, but also the team and practice behind them. **The Work** You'll lead a team of UX/UI designers working across a variety of software, mobile, and physical product projects. You'll help translate client goals into meaningful user experiences, guide teams through complex challenges, and ensure projects are delivered with quality and consistency. Beyond project delivery, you'll play a key role in strengthening our design practice by improving processes, tools, standards, and ways of working. **You'll thrive here if \-** You enjoy helping others grow and take pride in building strong teams. You're comfortable balancing client needs, project realities, and user expectations, and you know how to bring people together around a common goal. You care deeply about quality, but you also understand that great design requires structure, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Because consistent, trusted design across every product is the work of a practice \- not a project.
