**Human Resources Manager** **Manufacturing Plant Environment** Looking for a a HR Manager to join a Manufacturing Company expanding in Central Indiana. This role will will focus workforce strategy, organizational planning and strategic initiatives and lead a team of HR generalists. Prior experience from a high\-volume manufacturing environment (similar to Automotive Manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing) is preferred. **Job description** * Develop, execute and manage HR strategy tied to business plans. * Lead and manage 10 HR professionals, establishing responsibilities, priorities and performance expectations. * Lead strategic retention initiatives based on turnover patterns, employee feedback and differences across departments and shifts. Measure the results of strategic initiatives and adjust plans. * Partner with senior operations managers on people related items. * Manage benefits and employee programs and recommend changes based on workforce needs and business priorities. * Establish consistent HR policies and management practices, with the HR team responsible for daily execution. * Use technology to your advantage, work with Corporate Legal Counsel on critical HR Matters. **Requirements** * Must have HR leadership experience in high\-volume manufacturing, supporting a non\-union workforce. * Will consider an up \& coming HR Generalist who has managed HR teams in a Manufacturing environment with functional hands\-on knowledge across HR functions such as employee relations, recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll and compliance. * Experience developing and implementing HR strategies with measurable tracking of improvements. * Experience developing strategic business plans and translating them to action items * Experience advising senior operating leaders on organizational structure \& workforce initiatives. * Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees across multiple shifts. * Ability \& Interest in working on\-site in Indiana. **FPC — Fortune Personnel Consultants (Orlando Office)** 🌐 www.fpcor.com 🌐 https://www.linkedin.com/in/jaygidwani Relevant experience includes HR Director, automotive, electronics, manufacturing, high\-volume manufacturing, HR strategy, HR team leadership, workforce planning, organizational development, HR Management, Non\-Union, Salary
