The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early\-career professionals to develop their data analytics skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources. * Write SQL queries to retrieve, filter, join, and aggregate data. * Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau. * Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, lookup functions, and reporting. * Identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for business improvement. * Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support business operations and management decisions. * Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Perform data quality checks and ensure accuracy and consistency. * Document data sources, analytical processes, and reporting procedures. * Assist with automating repetitive reporting tasks using SQL, Python, or Power Query. **Required Skills** * Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. * Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization. * Basic understanding of statistics, data analysis, and data interpretation. * Ability to identify trends and communicate data\-driven insights. * Strong analytical thinking, problem\-solving, and attention to detail. * Good verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Skills** * Basic knowledge of Python, including Pandas and NumPy, or R. * Familiarity with Power Query and DAX. * Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data modeling. * Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Snowflake. * Experience with academic projects, internships, or real\-world data analysis projects. **Educational Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field. * Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects and practical knowledge of data analytics tools are encouraged to apply. **Experience Requirements** * **0–1 year:** Fresh graduates with foundational SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau skills. * **1–2 years:** Candidates with experience in data cleaning, reporting, SQL queries, and dashboard development. * **2–3 years:** Candidates capable of handling datasets, developing dashboards, analyzing KPIs, and delivering actionable business insights. **Work Locations** Potential locations across Texas include: * Dallas * Austin * Houston * Plano * Irving * Fort Worth * San Antonio **Ideal Candidate Profile** The ideal candidate is analytical, detail\-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data to solve business problems.
