Business Analyst - Salesforce

**Business Analyst \- Salesforce/AI Transformation** **Initial 2 Month contract** **Hybrid \- 1\-2 days per week on site in London** **£500\-680 per day (Inside IR35\)** We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major AI\-enabled business transformation programme within the financial services sector. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners and technology teams, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories and practical solutions. The role will focus on CRM optimisation, process improvement and the adoption of AI\-driven capabilities. \*\*\*Please note \- The selected candidate MUST HAVE strong AI\-enabled transformation AND Salesforce\*\*\* Key Responsibilities * Gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements across business and technology teams. * Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows. * Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand business needs. * Analyse CRM processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and AI adoption. * Define and validate business scenarios and functional requirements. * Support functional testing, UAT and the overall delivery lifecycle. * Contribute to MVP definition, business value assessments and project documentation. Required Experience * Strong Business Analysis experience within technology or digital transformation programmes. * Previous experience within **Financial Services or Banking** . * Good understanding of CRM platforms and customer\-facing business processes. * Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and analysis capabilities. * Experience working in Agile delivery environments, producing user stories and acceptance criteria. * Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. * Experience using Jira and Confluence. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills. Desirable Experience * Hands\-on experience with **Salesforce Sales Cloud** or other Salesforce solutions. * Understanding of Salesforce data models, workflows and CRM processes. * Exposure to **Salesforce Agentforce or Einstein AI** . * Experience supporting Generative AI or intelligent automation initiatives. * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. * Experience with client intelligence, sales or relationship management processes.
