Business Data Analyst

**Job Summary** We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical **Entry\-Level Business Data Analyst** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data\-driven decision\-making. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to develop their skills in business analysis, data visualization, and reporting. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple business sources. * Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, business opportunities, and performance gaps. * Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. * Write basic SQL queries to retrieve, filter, and analyze data from databases. * Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular business performance reports. **Required Skills** * Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** , including formulas, PivotTables, and data cleaning. * Fundamental understanding of **SQL** and relational databases. * Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred. * Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and logical reasoning skills. * Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills. * Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes. **Preferred Qualifications** * Academic projects or internship experience involving data analysis or business reporting. * Basic understanding of business metrics, KPIs, and data visualization. * Familiarity with Python or statistical analysis is an added advantage.
