Human Resources Manager

Job Title: Human Resources Manager Position Overview As the HR Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to company leadership and a trusted resource for team members. You will oversee key operational areas including talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, total rewards (benefits \& payroll coordination), and compliance. Key Responsibilities * HR Operations \& Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with overall business goals. * Talent Acquisition \& Onboarding: Oversee end\-to\-end recruitment, interview processes, and employee onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate and new\-hire experience. * Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns; resolve conflicts, conduct thorough investigations when necessary, and maintain a supportive work environment. * Compliance \& Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations (e.g., COBRA,FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO). Maintain up\-to\-date employee handbooks and records. * Compensation \& Benefits: Administer employee benefits plans, wellness initiatives, compensation reviews, and open enrollment. Qualifications \& Experience * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred. * Experience: \[1–3\+] years of progressive HR experience, with at least \[1–2\+] years in an HR lead or manager role. * Knowledge: Deep understanding of current labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. * Skills: + Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict\-resolution skills. + Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. + Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday, Gusto) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). + Strong organizational and time\-management abilities.
