Duties & Responsibilities A well-established organisation is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its finance team in the Western Cape. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance professional who is ready to take ownership of key accounting processes while providing reliable financial information to support management decision-making. Duties: Take ownership of the full month-end accounting close process Prepare and review journals, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Oversee the creditors and debtors functions and ensure outstanding matters are resolved Prepare and review VAT, PAYE, and other statutory submissions Liaise with SARS and relevant regulatory authorities on tax and compliance matters Prepare and review audit schedules and supporting documentation Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Provide management with accurate financial reporting and ad hoc analysis Qualifications & Skills: BCom Accounting or relevant qualification Minimum 5 years experience  Strong knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and statutory compliance Solid understanding of month-end accounting and financial reporting If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
