Based in our Long Island office, this role offers immediate client contact and responsibility, with opportunities to work on complex litigation matters. **Job Duties** * Represent clients in tort and insurance defense litigation matters. * Handle depositions, motion practice, and court appearances. * Provide strategic counsel and assume responsibility for client matters from the outset. * Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents. * Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service. * Manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining attention to detail. **Requirements** * Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with excellent academic credentials. * Admission to the New York Bar required. * Minimum of 2 years of tort and insurance defense litigation experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Professional judgment, problem‑solving ability, and decision‑making skills. * Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients. * Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high‑quality work. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. **Compensation \& Benefits** We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $110,000\-$150,000\.
