Key Account Manager

Indoguna Dubai is a leading foodservice company in the UAE, bringing together great products, passionate people and strong partnerships across the hospitality industry. We are looking for a Key Account Manager, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key HORECA customers. The role focuses on maximizing sales opportunities, increasing customer retention, managing account performance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and long\-term business growth. **Job Role and Responsibilities** * Drive growth within existing HORECA accounts, and acquire new accounts to expand the customer portfolio and act as the primary point of contact for key customers and address business requirements in a timely manner. * Identify opportunities to increase sales through cross\-selling and upselling of products and categories. * Monitor account performance, sales trends, margins, and customer profitability through reports and analysis. * Manage customer payment performance and overdue balances in coordination with the Accounts Receivable team. * Work closely with Customer Service, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. * Develop account growth plans and sales forecasts for assigned customers. * Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly while maintaining strong business relationships. * Present account performance reports and business updates during sales meetings. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. **Qualifications and Experience** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. * Minimum 4–5 years of B2B sales or account management experience within the UAE F\&B / HORECA sector. * Good understanding of the UAE food service market, customer requirements, and distribution operations. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
