**Data Business Analyst** **£375 to £450 per day \| Inside IR35 \| 6\-month contract** **Reading \| Hybrid, 1 to 3 days onsite per week** We’re supporting a leading consultancy on a data\-focused transformation programme and are looking for a Data Business Analyst with strong utilities sector experience to join the team. This is an opportunity to work across business and data teams, helping to understand operational challenges, improve processes and ensure data solutions meet business requirements. **What you’ll be doing as a Data Business Analyst:** * Working with business and technical stakeholders to gather and define data requirements. * Supporting workforce management initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve operational processes. * Translating business needs into clear requirements for data tools and solutions. * Analysing existing processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. * Bridging the gap between business teams and technical delivery teams. **What we’re looking for:** * Previous experience as a Business Analyst within the utilities sector. **This is essential.** * Experience working on data\-focused projects, including data tooling and systems. * Exposure to workforce management processes or initiatives. * Strong stakeholder management and requirements\-gathering skills. * Comfortable working across business and technical teams.
