Front Office Patient Coordinator Plastic Surgery Office

**Monday through Friday 7:50am \- 5pm** The **Front Office Patient Care Coordinator** is an very important employee that works closely with the doctor, staff, referral outreach, and patients. **He or she is detail\-oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, team\-player, motivated, proactive, reliable, timely, positive, and very professional in demeanor and appearance.** He or she is responsible for answering phones, check\-in, check\-out, scheduling, chart preparation, managing medical records, appointment confirmations, explaining treatments/surgeries, marketing assistance, supply ordering, and product sales. **Experience in ENT, aesthetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery, MOHS, skincare and/or dermatology is a HUGE plus**. **2 years medical office experience required.
