Senior Legal Project Manager

We're seeking a Senior Legal Project Manager to lead complex legal matters and programmes, helping clients and legal teams deliver work more efficiently and effectively. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of legal service delivery, working on high\-profile client engagements and collaborating with experts in legal technology, AI, innovation and process improvement. As part of our Client Solutions \& Innovation (CSI) team, you'll combine hands\-on project delivery with client\-focused service improvement initiatives. Our integrated approach brings together Legal Project Management, technology, AI, innovation and operational expertise to solve complex challenges, enhance client experience and deliver measurable value. Open to Bristol, Birmingham or Leeds, with hybrid working. **Main responsibilities** * Lead complex legal matters, programmes and strategic client engagements from inception to completion. * Develop delivery plans, governance frameworks, budgets and reporting. * Act as a trusted adviser to partners, lawyers and clients on legal delivery best practice. * Drive greater efficiency, transparency and consistency across legal matters. * Lead client service improvement projects focused on value, experience and delivery excellence. * Collaborate with specialists across legal technology, AI, innovation and process improvement. * Support strategic client reviews, panel appointments, pitches and business development opportunities. * Help shape and grow Legal Project Management across the firm. **What we are looking for from you** * Significant Legal Project Management experience within a law firm environment. * Experience leading complex legal matters, programmes or portfolios. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. * Commercial awareness and a client\-focused mindset. * Experience delivering process improvement and change initiatives. * An interest in innovation, technology and AI\-enabled legal delivery. * A collaborative, proactive and solutions\-focused approach. **If you're an experienced Legal Project Manager looking for a role with genuine strategic influence, visibility and impact, we'd love to hear from you.** **Make a Real Impact** Bevan Brittan is a leading commercial law firm.
