* As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll help build and enhance critical Core Banking and Payments platforms that support millions of customer transactions.
This is a high\-performing engineering team with a true passion for their craft.
In this role, you'll contribute to technical design, platform reliability, modern engineering practices, and the delivery of scalable, resilient solutions.
You'll also play a key role in mentoring others and influencing technical decisions.
**What You'll Bring**
* Strong hands\-on experience with
**Java, Spring Boot and microservices**
* Exposure to
**Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**
and
**NoSQL databases**
* Experience designing and delivering
**APIs**
for large\-scale applications
* Knowledge of
**event\-driven architecture**
and distributed systems
* Strong understanding of
**security, reliability and operational excellence**
* Experience with
**DevOps practices, incident management**
and
**continuous improvement**
* A collaborative approach to mentoring, code reviews and knowledge sharing
* Exposure to
**AI\-assisted development tools**
is highly regarded
* Previous experience within the payments domain would be highly regarded.
