Finance Analyst

We're partnering with an established and growing organisation to recruit a Temporary Finance Analyst into their London\-based finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to support key business decisions through insightful analysis and reporting. **Client Details** Our client is a well\-known, multi\-site business with a strong market presence and an ambitious growth strategy. They are seeking additional support within their finance team and require an analytical individual who can quickly add value in a fast\-paced environment. **Description** The key responsibilities of this Temporary Finance Analyst role will be: * Producing weekly and monthly financial reports and performance analysis * Supporting budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes * Analysing variances and providing commentary to key stakeholders * Assisting with management accounts and month\-end activities * Building and maintaining financial models and reporting tools * Partnering with operational teams to provide commercial insight * Identifying trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis * Supporting ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives **Profile** The successful candidate will have: * Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, Commercial Analyst or Management Accountancy role * Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, SUMIFS and XLOOKUPs * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders * The ability to work independently in a fast\-paced environment * Availability to start at short notice **Job Offer** What's on offer? * Competitive hourly rate * Hybrid working arrangement * Immediate start opportunity * Exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial decision\-making * Potential for contract extension
