Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Instructor to join our academic community. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education, a commitment to student success, and a strong ability to design and deliver engaging instructional experiences. Responsibilities: \- Teach and mentor students in a variety of academic disciplines, utilizing a range of teaching strategies and instructional technologies. \- Design and develop curricula, lesson plans, and assessments that align with the needs of early learners. \- Utilize learning technology platforms to facilitate online instruction and enhance the learning experience. \- Helping set and achieve academic goals. \- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student engagement, motivation, and success. \- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies and materials. \- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in education and instructional design. Requirements: \- Experience teaching or instructing in a early development setting. \- Proven expertise in instructional design and classroom management. \- Familiarity with learning technology platforms, such as IXL or reading eggs and mathseeds. \- The ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and learning styles. \- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for promoting student success.
