General Ledger Accountant

We are seeking a detail\-oriented General Ledger Accountant to support the day\-to\-day accounting operations of a growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, supporting month\-end and year\-end close activities, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin. **Qualifications** **Required:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Fluency in both English and Mandarin * 3\+ years of progressive accounting experience with general ledger responsibilities * Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations * Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes * Analyze account activity and investigate variances * Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules * Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities * Support audit requests and documentation requirements * Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls * Partner with internal stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting * Assist with process improvements and special projects as assigned * Perform additional accounting and finance\-related duties as needed
