Paralegal

Our client, a dynamic and growing boutique Law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented **Paralegal to join their team** . This is a fully remote role and exciting opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is passionate about supporting impactful legal work. **Key Responsibilities** · Manage all aspects of **personal injury and or sexual abuse cases** from inception through resolution, including litigation support. · Conduct legal research, organize case data, and track lawsuits. · Prepare, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and trial exhibits. · Maintain positive client relationships, schedule meetings, and keep clients informed on case progress. · Coordinate with attorneys, witnesses, and experts for depositions, hearings, and trials. · Assist attorneys with trial preparation, assembling trial binders and organizing evidence. · Manage and prioritize a moderate caseload in a collaborative team environment. **Key Attributes** · Demonstrates a self\-starter, 24/7 mentality. · Passionate about personal injury law and client advocacy. · Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Detail\-oriented, organized, and able to multi\-task effectively in a fast\-paced setting. · Adaptable and proactive in problem\-solving. · **Personal injury litigation experience is preferred** but not required. · **Sexual abuse experience is preferred** but not required. · Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. **Benefits** · Healthcare \-50% paid by employer · Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance: Fully paid by employee · Long\-Term Disability: Fully paid by employer · 401(k)
