* Brisbane based candidates only. 7 month initial contract with view to extend. * Hybrid environment **About Our Client** A complex public\-sector organisation that delivers essential community services while employing tens of thousands of staff across numerous facilities. **Job Description** Day\-to\-Day Focus: * Leading the Workforce Mobility Project from start to finish. * Working with senior executives to define strategy and priorities. * Managing project plans, budgets, vendors, risks, and reporting. * Ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and provide value to Queensland Health. * Providing executive leadership across multiple teams and workstreams. **The Successful Applicant** What they are really looking for:A highly experienced Program Director with a strong background delivering large HR/HCM transformation programs (ideally SAP HCM related) who can lead stakeholders, vendors, governance, and project delivery at an enterprise level. * A proven program leader who has delivered large, complex transformation projects. * Someone who can manage executive stakeholders, vendors, and government decision\-makers. * A person who can keep a major project on track, on budget, and meeting deadlines. * Someone with experience in HR, Human Capital Management (HCM), workforce systems, or SAP HCM projects. * A leader capable of managing risks, governance, reporting, business cases, and project assurance. * Someone who can bring different groups together and drive change across a large organisation. **What's On Offer** * 7 month contract with view to extend. * Daily rate up to $1335/day \+ super. * Role based in Brisbane CBD.
