Freelance Associate Designer, Men's Graphics

**Title:** Freelance Associate Designer, Men's Graphics **Industry:** Fashion and Apparel **Location:** New York, NY **Duration:** October 20, 2026 – March 31, 2027; potential temp\-to\-permanent opportunity. NYC hybrid schedule. **Responsibilities** * Research emerging graphic design trends and production techniques, and develop seasonal graphic concepts and board presentations. * Collaborate on seasonal assortments and provide graphic direction across product categories. * Illustrate primary graphics and direct supporting designers on scale, concept, and placement. * Organize graphics by season and concept, and develop linesheets and color schemes for seasonal graphic tee programs. * Coordinate in\-person collaboration for product development, milestone meetings, fittings, approvals, and other business needs. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent education and experience, with 5\+ years of related experience. * High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop within a Mac environment; working knowledge of Excel. * Strong eye for color, trends, detail, and construction, with excellent graphic design and illustration skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize according to business objectives, and manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail. * Excellent communication, analytical, and cross\-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working in a hybrid environment. **Skills** * Graphic Design * Fashion Design * Men's Apparel * Adobe Illustrator * Adobe Photoshop * Mac * Trend Research * Technical Illustration * Art Direction * Color Development Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. ref\_id: e7bdccf6\-d58d\-440e\-ac57\-09ff4650b792
