Junior Data Analyst

This is a permanent role based in **Northampton** . As the **Junior Data Analyst** you will play a key role in helping the organisation improve business decision\-making, operational efficiency, and reporting capability by transforming raw data into meaningful, actionable insight. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs across the business * Assist with transforming raw data into clear and meaningful business insight * Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business needs * Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests * Help maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting environments * Support data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes * Assist with documentation of data structures, reporting logic, and analytical processes * Support development and maintenance of data models and reporting pipelines * Work with modern BI and reporting tools including Power BI and Oracle Analytics Cloud Assist with automation of recurring reports and workflows * Collaborate with the wider Data Engineering team on continuous improvement initiatives **What We're Looking For:** * Experience working within a Data Analyst or reporting\-focused role * Strong understanding of how data supports business decision making * Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Business Objects, or Oracle Analytics Cloud · Good analytical and problem\-solving capability * Comfortable working with stakeholders across different business functions * Good organisational and documentation skills * Ability to work with large data sets and identify trends or anomalies * Eagerness to learn and develop technical capability For more information, please contact **Scott McGowan**
