Project Manager

**Job Title:** Project Manager **Location:** Remote **Salary:** $120,000\-$155,000 **Skills:** Access control, Intrusion, Structured Cabling, Fiber, CCTV, Video Surveillance, RCDD **The Opportunity:** In this remote Project Manager role, you will lead security and low\-voltage design and commissioning projects from early planning through construction and close\-out. You’ll collaborate with clients, design teams, and construction partners to deliver dependable systems and successful project outcomes. Candidates must be located in the Central time zone. **Responsibilities:** * Manage client expectations and maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and project partners. * Lead low\-voltage system design projects from initiation through completion. * Direct engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and sub\-consultants. * Coordinate project requirements and deliverables with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. * Manage project resources, budgets, schedules, and deliverables. * Coordinate quality assurance and quality control reviews for project deliverables. * Support construction administration, including coordination with construction teams and owner representatives. * Oversee contractor installation, testing, training, and project close\-out activities. **Must\-Have Skills:** * At least 2 years of experience in security or low\-voltage systems design and consulting. * Experience with A\&E design and construction projects as a project manager, lead designer, or in a similar role. * Knowledge of security and low\-voltage systems, including access control, intrusion detection, structured cabling, fiber, CCTV, and video surveillance. * Ability to manage projects independently while working effectively as part of a team. * Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem\-solving skills. * Relevant associate degree in applied science; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. **Nice\-to\-Have Skills:** * RCDD, PMP, PSP, CTS\-D, or a comparable industry certification. * Professional Engineer (PE) license. * Experience delivering security and low\-voltage projects for data centers. * Active participation in relevant industry organizations.
