UI/UX Designer || Local candidates only ||

We are seeking an experienced **UI/UX Designer** to develop user\-centered digital solutions from concept to market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in user experience design, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, user research, and journey mapping. The designer will collaborate with stakeholders and cross\-functional teams to understand user needs, align design solutions with business objectives, and ensure high\-quality design deliverables that meet established standards. **Key Responsibilities** Create wireframes, prototypes, personas, user journey maps, and other UX design deliverables. Apply user\-centered design processes to develop digital solutions from concept through delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to present design concepts and recommendations. Advocate for customer needs while balancing business objectives and technical constraints. Contribute to feature design, user research, and product development activities. Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements and quality standards. Communicate design decisions effectively through presentations and collaboration. **Required Qualifications** **With a degree:** 8\+ years of experience in User Experience (UX). **Without a degree:** 10 years of relevant UX experience. Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and processes. Experience with wireframing, prototyping, personas, user research, and journey mapping. Strong interaction design skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. **Preferred Qualifications** Knowledge or experience in battery or charge management, energy solutions, or electric vehicles and machinery. Experience in 3D design and interaction design. Experience with mapping and 3D imaging. **Note** **Candidates must be local to Broomfield, CO, Chicago, IL, or Peoria, IL.**
