It serves a diverse set of clients worldwide, focusing on strategic planning, market operations, and long\-term financial growth. **What you'll do** * Manage a range of employee relations matters, liaising with Employee Relations and Employment Law teams where appropriate * Partner with the HR Business Partner team on year\-end activities including compensation, promotions and performance management * Advise on occupational health cases and manage related risk and outcomes * Provide timely data insights and reporting to support decision\-making * Collaborate with managers, Recruitment and Compensation teams on hiring processes * Assist with audits, data accuracy checks, and international relocations * Leverage digital HR tools and technologies to improve service delivery **What you bring** * Proven experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles * Degree educated or equivalent; CIPD qualification preferred * Experience working in fast\-paced, complex organisational environments * Excellent communication and influencing skills * Strong analytical ability with attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure * Collaborative, proactive and team\-oriented mindset **What's Next** If you are ready to take the next step, apply now!
