**Mechanical Engineer – Operations / Manufacturing \| Böblingen, Germany**
We are hiring an experienced
**Mechanical Engineer**
to join the Operations team of a leading international technology company in
**Böblingen**
.
This role is ideal for a Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineer with strong experience in
**mechanical manufacturing, high\-level assemblies, CAD\-supported product development and production environments**
.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Drive new mechanical products into production within an outsourced manufacturing environment
• Work closely with contract manufacturers, suppliers and internal engineering teams
• Ensure mechanical designs meet manufacturing and supply\-chain requirements
• Support manufacturing process optimisation, cost reduction and quality improvement
• Manage product quality, engineering changes and technical supply\-chain processes
• Provide technical advice to engineering colleagues and management
• Work closely with Development, Supply Chain and Product Marketing teams
• Drive improvements across quality, cost and supply performance
🔹 Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
**Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics**
• Strong knowledge of
**mechanical manufacturing processes**
• Strong knowledge of
**mechanical high\-level assemblies**
• Experience with
**mechanical product development and CAD tools**
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Proactive, flexible and innovative mindset
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently
• Experience working in
**cross\-functional and international environments**
• Good communication skills in
**English and German**

Böblingen, Germany
**Working Model:**
Primarily onsite –
**maximum 1 day remote per week**
