**Finance Business Partner (15\-Month Maternity Cover), West Yorkshire, Up to £70kpa (DOE)** **About our client** A fast\-growing, award\-winning UK business delivering end\-to\-end commercial space solutions for the retail sector, seeking maternity cover for a key finance role. **The role** Provide hands\-on financial support to a designated division, partnering with operational, commercial and senior leadership teams to drive performance and inform key decisions. **Key responsibilities** * Produce monthly management accounts and rolling forecasts * Deliver variance analysis and clear commercial insight * Lead divisional budgets and open\-book contract budgets * Analyse project profitability and support tenders * Support cash flow and drive reporting improvements * Responsible for the P\&L **About you** * Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) * 5\+ years in Finance Business Partnering, management accounting or commercial finance in a UK business * Advanced Excel and ERP experience * Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at senior level * Warehousing, logistics or fulfilment experience is an advantage **What’s on offer** * Salary up to £70k pa (DOE) * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a birthday day off * Hybrid working, 3 days min on site **Finance Business Partner (15\-Month Maternity Cover), West Yorkshire, Up to £70kpa (DOE)** Grosvenor Talent is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
