We bring creative concepts to life through precision manufacturing, quality craftsmanship and innovative design, serving customers across South Africa and internationally. **We are looking** for a versatile, creative and technically skilled individual to **join our growing team** . This is a hands\-on position combining **graphic design** , **laser cutting** and machine operation, sales support and general administration. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in both a design and manufacturing environment, communicating with customers and assisting with daily business operations. ***Key Responsibilities*** **1\. Graphic Design \& Artwork Preparation** * Create, edit and refine customer artwork using CorelDRAW (essential). * Convert customer logos, sketches and concepts into professional, production\-ready designs. * Prepare accurate vector artwork for laser cutting, engraving and metal product manufacturing. * Ensure all artwork meets the required dimensions, specifications and production standards. * Prepare digital artwork proofs and make revisions based on customer feedback. **2\. Laser Cutting \& Machine Operation** * Operate laser cutting and engraving equipment, including the Master machine. * Prepare and set up artwork files for machine production. * Adjust machine settings and ensure accurate cutting and engraving results. * Conduct routine machine checks, cleaning and basic maintenance. * Inspect finished products for quality and manufacturing accuracy. * Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace. **3\. Sales \& Customer Service** * Respond professionally to customer enquiries via email, telephone and WhatsApp. * Assist customers with product selection, artwork requirements and order specifications. * Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up with potential customers. * Communicate production timelines and provide regular customer order updates. * Identify opportunities to generate sales and build long\-term customer relationships. * Support the sales team with daily enquiries and customer follow\-ups. **Qualifications \& Requirements** **Essential Requirements** * Proven CorelDRAW experience is compulsory. * Practical laser cutting or laser engraving experience is essential. * Strong graphic design skills, particularly in vector artwork and technical layouts. * Confidence in operating machinery and working in a manufacturing environment. * Good computer literacy, including email and Microsoft Office. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to assist with sales, customer service and administrative responsibilities. * Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. * Must be able to work on\-site in Germiston. **How to Apply** Interested candidates should submit their CV, examples of previous CorelDRAW or graphic design work, and a brief description of their laser cutting or machine operating experience.
