Duties & Responsibilities KEY FOCUS AREAS Financial accounting & reporting Process improvement & optimisation Automation of finance processes Financial analysis & insights Identifying inefficiencies and solving business problems Working closely with operational and commercial teams Improving controls, processes and reporting Applying previous leadership experience to influence and drive change Working with Syspro WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: Is CA(SA) or CIMA qualified Has 3+ years' relevant experience Has experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Product or Pharma environments Has strong financial accounting fundamentals Has a genuine interest in automation and process improvement Has previous leadership/team management exposure Is analytical, commercially minded and solutions-focused Doesn't just identify problems — they want to solve them!
