**2 X ENROLLED NURSES *(STAFF NURSES)*** Applications from South African citizens are invited to apply for the following positions at Huis Zonnekus: **Type Of Post** * Shift work with an average of 40 hours per week. **Main Focus Areas** * Shift leader and management of nursing staff. * Application and management of medical services and care to the elderly. **Main Responsibilities** * Identification of nursing care needs, planning and implementation of nursing care. * Overseeing that norms and standards for care of older persons are maintained. * Facilitation and care of residents. * Overview and management of enrolled nursing assistants and caregivers. **Requirements** Inherent requirements of the post: * Registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the South African Council of Nurses. * Personal indemnity insurance. * Willingness to work shifts as per service schedule (includes day, night, weekends, and public holidays). * The ability to communicate in Afrikaans and English. **Minimum Educational Qualification** * Diploma in Nursing. **Experience** * At least 3 years of relevant experience in nursing. **Knowledge/Skills** * Knowledge of the Nursing Act and the Older Persons Act. * Knowledge and experience in the physical and medical care of older persons. * Knowledge and experience in administering scheduled medications and controlling them. * Computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook). * Ability to function independently and within a team. **Remuneration:** Negotiable salary within Badisa guidelines. **Service Benefits** * Employer’s contribution to the pension fund and medical aid. * Ample leave benefit. **Acceptance of service:** As soon as possible. **Applications** * Required documentation: CV and certified copies of ID, qualifications and SANC registration. * Closing date: 6 November 2026\. * Apply to: Fritz Brand, bestuurder@huiszonnekus.co.za. * Contact details: 021 551 5789
