Senior Product Designer

**Product Designer (Contract)** **£500/day (Inside IR35\)** **5\-Month Contract** **London office 2\-3 Days, 2\-3 days remote** We're partnering with a global technology organisation looking for an experienced **Product Designer** to help shape the future of AI\-powered digital experiences used by millions of businesses worldwide. This is an opportunity to join a high\-performing product team responsible for creating seamless, scalable experiences across international markets. You'll work at the intersection of product, design, engineering, analytics, and marketing, helping to drive growth through customer\-centred design and experimentation. **The Role** As a senior member of the design team, you'll own the design vision and strategy for a key product area, creating experiences that work globally while remaining relevant to local customer needs. You'll use data, customer insight, and emerging AI capabilities to design intuitive, high\-impact products that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. You'll be encouraged to embrace AI throughout the design process, from discovery and prototyping through to delivery, helping teams move faster while maintaining an exceptional standard of design craft. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead end\-to\-end product design for a strategic product area * Define and communicate a clear UX vision aligned to business goals * Design AI\-powered experiences that are intuitive, transparent, and trustworthy * Drive product\-led growth initiatives focused on acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention * Create scalable solutions that can be deployed across multiple international markets * Champion experimentation, rapid prototyping, and A/B testing * Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Marketing teams * Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards * Use customer research and behavioural data to inform design decisions * Mentor designers and help elevate design quality across the wider team **What We're Looking For** * 7\+ years' experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines * Strong background designing B2B, SaaS, or product\-led growth experiences * Proven experience delivering measurable business outcomes through design * Experience working across international markets and localised user experiences * Strong understanding of conversion optimisation, customer journeys, and funnel design * Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing * Exposure to AI\-driven products, AI\-assisted workflows, or machine learning\-powered experiences * Experience building or contributing to design systems at scale * Excellent stakeholder management and cross\-functional collaboration skills * Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, systems\-level design, and measurable impact **Why Apply?** * Work on products used by customers across multiple global markets * Influence the design direction of a large\-scale, high\-growth platform * Be part of an organisation investing heavily in AI innovation * Join a collaborative environment where design plays a central role in product strategy * Flexible hybrid working with London office attendance 2\-3 days per week
