Job Summary We are seeking a creative, collaborative and detail\-oriented Mid\-Weight Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of high\-quality visual communications across print and digital platforms, while working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver effective and engaging creative solutions. This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about design, possess strong conceptual thinking and execution skills, and are able to manage multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment. Responsibilities Conceptualise and develop creative visual solutions aligned with project objectives and brand requirements Design and execute communication materials including annual \& sustainability reports, corporate publications, branding \& identity systems, marketing \& campaign collaterals, digital \& social media assets, presentation decks, event \& environmental graphics, and other integrated media channels Translate complex information into visually engaging layouts, infographics, and storytelling formats Maintain disciplined practice on working files to ensure consistency in design quality, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand application across deliverables Develop original visual assets for social media, campaigns, and e\-publications in English and Chinese Source and curate imagery, iconography, and visual references to enhance design quality Storyboard and design visuals for campaign videos and corporate events to support brand messaging Contribute actively to team brainstorming and creative discussions to foster innovation Manage projects independently by prioritising tasks and ensuring deliverables meet high creative standards Animate and edit videos using After Effects and Premiere Pro to produce engaging multimedia content Apply knowledge or experience in large format or 3D design to expand creative outputs Utilise AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Envato GenAI, and other generative models to enhance design processes Collaborate with Senior Designer, Senior Strategic Creative Designer, Project Executives, and Designers to understand project requirements and timelines Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and internal discussions Manage multiple assignments effectively while meeting agreed timelines and quality expectations Liaise with external vendors, printers, and production partners as required Support collaborative teamwork and contribute positively to the creative process Prepare final artwork accurately for print and digital production Conduct thorough checks on layouts, formatting, imagery, and final artwork before release Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, technical specifications, and production requirements Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related design discipline Approximately 3\-5 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, design consultancy, or related environment Strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities in editorial, branding, marketing, and/or digital design (EDMs, web banners, digital background designs etc.) Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, MiroBoard, and Figma Ability to read and layout Chinese content for projects requiring Chinese communications Good understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual communication principles Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Preferred competencies and qualifications Familiarity with animation tools and techniques Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills from academic or professional projects Effective communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem\-solving Self\-motivated with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn new design techniques and ideas Passion for creating purposeful and aesthetically compelling design work A naturally curious mindset with a good sense of culture and trends Ability to contribute meaningfully to the overall creative direction and vision Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and carry projects from start to completion Positive and professional attitude Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills, adaptable to changing project requirements and timelines in a fast\-paced environment Passion for creativity, design excellence, and continuous improvement Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to fair and merit\-based employment practices in accordance with Singapore’s Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP).
