Part-Qualified Accountant

**Accountant \| £40–50k \+ bonus \| Central London (4 days office)** Global firm, start\-up feel. A rare chance to help build a UK finance function from the early days. Radley Green is partnering with a fast\-growing global consulting firm that’s in start\-up phase in the UK. With offices worldwide and real momentum behind the UK launch, they’re hiring a Part\-Qualified Accountant to own AP, AR *and* payroll end to end — real breadth, real ownership, and the chance to shape processes as the UK business scales. This role will report into a Director in the UK business but work with the CFO and Financial Controller internationally. **What you’ll be doing** * Running AP — invoices, payment runs, supplier queries * Owning AR — client invoicing, credit control, chasing debt * Monthly UK payroll — PAYE, pensions, statutory payments * Bank \& credit card reconciliations * Supporting month end — journals and balance sheet recs * Keeping Xero clean and accurate * Helping with VAT returns and statutory filings * Getting stuck into projects and process improvements as the UK office grows **What you’ll bring** * Solid hands\-on AP, AR and payroll experience * Xero experience essential * Sharp eye for detail and comfortable juggling deadlines * Confident communicator with staff, suppliers and clients * AAT or studying towards a qualification is a bonus, not a must **Why this one** * Backing of an established global business * Ground\-floor opportunity in the UK — build it, not just maintain it * Genuine scope to grow as the team expands **The package** * £40,000–£50,000 \+ bonus * Central London office, 4 days on\-site Interested?
