They are seeking a capable **Management / Financial Accountant** to join the team at this exciting stage of their growth journey. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant with a broad skill set across management and financial accounting, ideally combining experience gained in both industry and practice. **Key responsibilities and experience:** * Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting analysis. * Financial accounting, statutory reporting and month\-end processes. * Experience with PLC accounting and international accounting standards, ideally IFRS. * Financial reporting, reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial information. * Experience gained in both industry and accountancy practice would be highly desirable. **About you:** * A hands\-on accountant with strong technical and analytical skills. * Comfortable working across both management and financial accounting. * Able to hit the ground running and work effectively in a fast\-paced environment
