Business Analyst

* **Role: Senior Business Analyst – Performance Measurement** * **Duration : 6 Months renewal contract** * **Client: Sandton, Johannesburg** * **Work from office Mandatory \[8 hour must be office]** **Qualifications** * 10\+ years of hands‑on experience in performance measurement and attribution for wealth or asset management clients. * MBA or Finance degree; CFA, CIPM or FRM certification (CIPM preferred). * Deep knowledge of time‑weighted vs money‑weighted returns, GIPS composite construction, and risk‑adjusted metrics (Sharpe, Treynor, Information Ratio, VaR). * Experience with portfolio accounting or reporting platforms (e.g., Advent, SS\&C, FIS, Confluence, StatPro, Eagle, Addepar). * Proficient SQL skills for data validation and requirements verification. * Ability to write clear functional specifications, use cases and conduct client interviews with minimal supervision. * Strong client‑facing and workshop facilitation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders. * Experience working in Agile projects and familiarity with Agile terminology. * Excellent communication, presentation and documentation abilities across diverse cultures. * Demonstrated mentoring, coaching and knowledge‑sharing capabilities within consulting teams.
