This role develops supply chain strategy, leads cross\-functional initiatives, and ensures material availability, cost efficiency, and compliance to support production and business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, production plans, and financial targets. * Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members. * Oversee supplier selection, qualification, and contract negotiations to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance. * Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability. Resolve issues promptly, manage supplier evaluations, and lead performance reviews. * Identify and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs. * Oversee inventory, logistics, and warehouse activities to ensure on\-time delivery and regulatory compliance. * Utilize procurement technologies to improve efficiency and transparency. * Lead cross\-functional projects to improve processes, systems, and cost structure. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. * 7\+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within a manufacturing environment. * 3\+ years of people management or team leadership experience. * Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. * Proficient in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proven experience managing suppliers, contracts, logistics, and inventory strategies. * Experience in semiconductor, precision, or high\-tech manufacturing. * Familiarity with global sourcing, international logistics, and trade compliance. * Experience leading cost\-reduction and supply chain transformation initiatives. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) * Life and AD\&D insurance * Paid time off * 10\-holiday pay * 401k with company matching
