You'll be involved in gathering information from stakeholders, documenting business processes and helping to translate requirements into clear specifications for technical teams. You'll also support the creation of project documentation, including user stories, process flows and test cases, while gaining experience across different stages of the project lifecycle. Working alongside more experienced colleagues, you'll assist with user acceptance testing, support communication between departments and help ensure projects are delivered in line with business requirements. This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems and is confident communicating with different people.
