**Role:** Clinical Informatics Specialist Lead **Responsibilities** * Optimize clinical information systems to enhance patient care and safety. * Collaborate with nurses, providers, and IT to design, test, and implement EHR tools, order sets, documentation templates, and clinical decision support systems. * Conduct workflow analysis, data extraction, and reporting to support clinical operations. * Provide user training, go\-live support, and issue resolution to ensure smooth system adoption. * Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote best practices hospital\-wide. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and EHR optimization. * Experience with workflow analysis, data management, and reporting tools. * Excellent communication skills for training and user support. * Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and IT teams. * Focus on quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and best practice implementation.
