YOUR NEW JOB The Sales Manager – Taiwan will be responsible for growing new business in the Taiwan market, targeting direct clients, advertisers, advertising agencies \& media agencies. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting \& qualification through proposals, negotiation, closing \& relationship management. This is a permanent full\-time, based in HarbourFront, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm \- with 1 day WFH \& occasional travel to Taiwan. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Develop new business with Taiwanese brands, advertisers \& media agencies Prospect, cold\-call \& build your own sales pipeline Pitch solutions, negotiate deals \& close new clients Build relationships with key decision\-makers Develop sales plans to grow the Taiwan market Work with internal teams to support business growth WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU 3\+years of B2B sales / business development experience Experience in the Taiwan market Fluent Mandarin \& good English communication Strong prospecting, negotiation \& deal\-closing skills Hunter mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets Willing to travel to Taiwan when required WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT Experience in digital marketing, lead generation or performance marketing Existing network of Taiwanese advertisers \& media agencies Experience in a regional or new\-market expansion role The Hacens Talent is a Singapore\-based recruitment and staffing firm that provides permanent recruitment, contract staffing and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions.
