As DHL LLP (Lead Logistics Partner) we handle the complete 4PL (forth party logistic provider) logistics for all our customer's European projects. **What you do:** * Identify and drive opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate supply chain processes, improving efficiency, scalability, and service quality across transport management, network design, optimisation, and reverse logistics * Lead optimisation initiatives end\-to\-end, with clear tracking of financial impact, performance gains, and root\-cause analysis of variances * Embed and promote the adoption of standard processes and tools (e.g., TLCM), continuously enhancing their effectiveness through innovation and automation * Orchestrate projects and network changes to deliver on time and within budget * Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to consistently deliver high service levels * Identify growth opportunities and develop data\-driven cost and service simulations to shape future solutions **What you got:** * Proven experience in multi\-modal transport operations (Courier, Road, Air \& Sea) and freight forwarding * Background in LLP operations within Supply Chain management * Ability to evaluate financial and operational impacts of projects and identify value creation opportunities. * Excellent communication, cultural awareness, and resilience with a self\-motivated, task\-oriented approach * Strong analytical and digital capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced). Power BI for data visualisation and dashboarding, Python (or similar) for data analysis, modelling, and automation * Experience working with data\-driven solution design, including the ability to consolidate, analyse, and visualise complex outputs into clear insights * Proven ability to create impactful presentations (PowerPoint), translating findings into compelling business narratives * Fluent in English (written and spoken) and other European languages desirable **Contact us:** If you have any questions, please contact Kira Korte (kira.korte@dhl.com).
