Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health

Description: **Trio Home Health** is seeking compassionate and dedicated **Registered Nurses (RN)** to join our team. We are looking for **RNs** who are passionate about providing quality **home health** to our community\-based patients in **Denton, TX** and the surrounding areas. **At Jet Health, Inc / Trio Home Health** we strive to create a sense of belonging for all our employees and are committed to offering services that ensure our geriatric patients have a safe home life with **comfort, independence, and dignity.** Requirements: **Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:** * Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs * Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories * Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures * Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager * Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders * Perform client assessments * Case management and coordination * Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state\-of\-the\-art touch pad tablet **Qualifications:** * Current State or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License in hand * A minimum of one\-year clinical experience is preferred * **OASIS knowledge highly preferred for home health applicants** * Demonstrate knowledge and skillset in current nursing practice * Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance * **HCHB EMR knowledge is desired** **Benefits for full time employees:** * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance coverage * Short\- and Long\-Term Disability insurance * Accident, Critical Illness, and Cancer Insurance * PTO \- 80 hours * 6 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday * 401k retirement savings plan w/discretionary company match * Company\-paid life insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Competitive compensation package
