Human Resources Manager

Location: Huntsville, Alabama Work Arrangement: On\-site Responsibilities: * Oversee all HR functions for the U.S. plant, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation \& benefits, performance management, training, and employee services. * Oversee payroll and timekeeping team's processes to ensure accurate, timely pay and effective resolution of attendance or payroll issues. * Manage staffing agency partnerships, such as coordinating service agreements and monitoring their performance. * Lead, coach, and develop an eight\-person HR team; set priorities and ensure responsive, consistent support across HR functions. * Partner with plant leadership to address workforce needs, improve HR processes, identify and mitigate people\-related risks, and support uninterrupted plant operations. * Monitor HR metrics and workforce trends; prepare reports and provide clear, timely updates to leadership. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or above; HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. * 5\+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing HR management role. * Hands\-on experience managing payroll and timekeeping, preferably in a manufacturing environment. * Experience managing staffing agency partnerships. * Excellent communication, coordination, problem\-solving, and stress management skills.
