Sales Executive

Job description: The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting the company’s products and services, generating new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires strong communication, customer\-handling, and sales skills. Key Responsibilities * Identify and approach potential customers through calls, field visits, referrals, and other sales channels. * Promote and explain company products and services to prospective customers. * Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information. * Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. * Achieve assigned individual monthly sales targets. * Maintain regular follow\-ups with prospective and existing customers. * Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. * Ensure all customer information and required documents are collected accurately. * Coordinate with the Sales Manager, Team Leader, and relevant departments for smooth processing of customer applications. * Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer follow\-ups. * Provide regular updates and sales reports to the Team Leader or Sales Manager. * Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. * Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a high level of customer service. * Perform any other sales\-related duties assigned by management. **Who We Are Looking For** * **Freshers are welcome to apply.** * Candidates with **up to 6 months of sales experience** are also encouraged to apply. * Candidates with prior experience in **credit card, banking, financial services, telecom, retail, or direct sales** will be an advantage. * Comfortable with a **target\-driven and commission\-based earning structure**. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Energetic, confident, persistent, and comfortable approaching new customers. * Strong desire to achieve and exceed **sales targets**. * Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a field environment. * A positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in sales.
