We're looking for an experienced **Data Analyst** to join a major enterprise\-wide technology transformation, supporting the rollout of Salesforce and a new operational management platform across multiple locations. This isn't your typical reporting\-focused Data Analyst role. You'll be at the heart of a large\-scale transformation, taking ownership of data quality, preparation and migration readiness while working closely with operational teams, technology specialists and business leaders. If you thrive on untangling complex datasets, improving data quality and turning messy legacy data into reliable business information, this could be the opportunity for you. **What You'll Be Doing** You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring business\-critical data is ready for migration into new enterprise platforms. * **Get hands\-on with data:** Dive into complex datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover inconsistencies, duplicates, gaps and opportunities for improvement. * **Own the data preparation journey:** Cleanse, transform, standardise and validate data to ensure it's migration\-ready. * **Connect business and technology:** Partner with operational stakeholders to understand how data is used and translate business requirements into practical migration solutions. * **Make migrations happen:** Develop data mappings, transformation rules and migration templates to support successful system rollouts. * **Solve real\-world challenges:** Investigate data quality issues, troubleshoot migration failures and drive remediation through to resolution. * **Ensure accuracy and confidence:** Reconcile source and target data, validate migration outcomes and support business sign\-off. * **Drive continuous improvement:** Apply lessons learned from each rollout to make subsequent migrations smoother and more efficient. **What You'll Bring** We're looking for someone who combines strong technical data skills with commercial awareness, curiosity and the confidence to engage with people across the business. **Your experience will include:** * Proven experience in data analysis, data quality, cleansing or migration within complex business environments. * Strong hands\-on **SQL and advanced Excel** skills, including data manipulation, profiling and reconciliation. * Experience preparing and transforming datasets for system implementations or migrations. * Understanding of source\-to\-target data mapping, business rules and data validation. * Strong analytical thinking and a natural ability to investigate and resolve complex data issues. * Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work directly with business stakeholders. * A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. **Bonus points if you have:** * Experience with **Salesforce or AMCS** implementations. * Worked on large\-scale enterprise transformations or multi\-site system rollouts. * Exposure to Power Query, Power BI, Python or ETL tools. * Experience with master data, transactional data, migration testing or cutover activities. * Worked in operationally complex industries such as logistics, transport, utilities, waste management or field services.
