* Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12\+ years of experience.
* Strong Business Analysis experience in banking or financial services.
* Understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical business use cases.
* Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
* Hands\-on experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Exposure to AI evaluations, AI solution validation, or AI testing.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross\-functional teams.
* Write clean, maintainable, well\-tested, and production\-ready code.
