They are known for partnering with enterprise organisations to drive transformation through modern, scalable platforms. **About the End Client** You will be supporting a major organisation operating within a highly regulated infrastructure and utilities environment, focused on delivering reliable and customer\-centric services across a large\-scale network. **Role Overview** We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in business transformation, data platforms, analytics, and digital products. This role is business\-focused: you will shape business outcomes, translate them into clear requirements, and define the features needed to deliver value across enterprise data and analytics initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with business stakeholders to define desired business outcomes across finance, asset management, operations, customer services, and strategic initiatives. * Translate outcomes into high\-level requirements, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Facilitate workshops to align personas, use cases, value drivers, and operational needs. * Analyse current\-state processes and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement. * Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define data needs and validate analytical outcomes against business expectations. * Support solution design for data platforms, analytics products, reporting solutions, and AI\-enabled capabilities. * Ensure traceability between outcomes, requirements, features, and delivered value. * Contribute to business cases, prioritisation decisions, and delivery planning. **Required Skills \& Experience** * 5\+ years of Business Analyst experience. * Strong business\-focused mindset with the ability to link outcomes to requirements. * Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics, reporting, or AI\-enabled solutions. * Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Strong process analysis and requirements management capability. ***Desired Attributes and Skills:*** * Experience with data governance, data products, master data management, or data mesh. * Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise data initiatives. * Agile delivery experience and contribution to feature roadmaps. **How to Apply** If you’re interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV via the appropriate channel.
