**Graphic Designer I** **Location:** Clearwater, FL 33765 (Hybrid) **Pay Rate:** $40/hr. on W2 **Duration:** 3\+ months, possible extension **Work Hours:** Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (40 hours/week) **Work Arrangement:** 3 days onsite per week **Job Description:** We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with **5\+ years of professional experience** to develop high\-quality print and digital designs for marketing, branding, packaging, and retail campaigns. **Key Responsibilities:** * Create digital assets, website banners, social media graphics, marketing collateral, packaging, and retail signage. * Maintain brand consistency and deliver modern, visually appealing designs. * Collaborate with marketing, digital, and product teams. * Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. * Prepare print\-ready layouts and optimize digital assets. **Required Skills:** * Strong proficiency in **Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign** . * Excellent knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles. * Experience with print production and digital design. * Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. **Preferred:** Experience in beauty (especially haircare), retail, or e\-commerce.
