Analyst / Associate, M&A Investment Banking

Analyst to Associate \- Natural Resources * Direct exposure to top clients across the mining sector * Cross\-border M\&A and capital markets experience **Our Client** Our client is a global investment bank advising on complex M\&A and capital markets transactions, including cross\-border mandates. The firm wish to appoint an Analyst / Associate to their prolific Nat Res coverage team. **The Opportunity** A hands\-on role offering direct involvement across the full m\&a transaction lifecycle from origination through to execution. Working closely with senior bankers you will lead financial analysis and drive transaction workstreams. Key Responsibilities * Build and sensitise financial models and valuations * Prepare pitches, presentations and transaction materials * Analyse companies, industries and new transaction opportunities * Drive transaction execution and due diligence * Advise on client solutions alongside senior bankers **About You** You will bring: * 3\+ years’ M\&A or valuation experience within investment banking or corporate advisory * Outstanding academic credentials * Advanced financial modelling, accounting and valuation skills * Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability * The ability to deliver under pressure and manage competing priorities * Initiative, leadership and a collaborative approach * Excellent communication skills and professional integrity * An understanding of global capital markets and cross\-border M\&A **How to Apply** For a confidential discussion please contact stewart.beattie@marsrecruitment.com.au
