Senior Project Manager

Reference: JHB001258-DH-1 Senior Project Manager - contract 8 hours per week (4 hours per day) -  for 6 months Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead strategic initiatives and drive successful project outcomes across multiple business units. Duties & Responsibilities DO  NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT FULLY QUALIFY Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through to implementation and closure. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies. Engage and manage stakeholders at executive, business, and technical levels. Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and governance documentation. Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular project updates. Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues. Ensure effective change management and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers. Drive project governance and adherence to organisational methodologies. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification. 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing large-scale programmes or complex projects. Proven experience managing budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience working within enterprise environments. Package & Remuneration Hourly
