Our core areas: ➡ Quantitative Finance ➡ Risk \& Compliance ➡ Operations \& Finance ➡ Transformation \& Organization ➡ Information Systems **We are looking for an DevOps Engineer** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and implement systems that optimize **software development and production infrastructure management**. * Develop **secure automation solutions** for development, testing and production environments. * Build, manage and improve **CI/CD pipelines**, accelerating software delivery and deployment. * Manage and optimize **cloud infrastructure**, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance. * Implement **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** and automate repetitive manual tasks. * Monitor **environment performance and capacity**, troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues. * Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve **workflows, productivity and time\-to\-market**. * Contribute to **application architecture design**, including microservices and containerization strategies. * Support **database management and scalability** across application environments. * Drive **process improvements and root\-cause analysis**, implementing sustainable solutions. * Participate in the delivery of **software and infrastructure projects**. * Develop and maintain **technical documentation** covering DevOps processes, systems and architectures. **PROFILE \& SKILLS** * A degree in **Computer Science, Engineering or a related field**. * **At least 5 years of experience as a Cloud \& DevOps Engineer**, preferably with **AWS and GitLab**. * Strong experience with **version control, configuration management and software deployment**, using tools such as **Git, GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins and Terraform**. * Proficiency in **Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines**. * Experience managing **complex cloud environments**. * Strong understanding of **microservices architectures and application containerization**. * Knowledge of **Windows and Linux security**, including supporting infrastructure components. * Strong experience in **database management and scalability**, with technologies such as **MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server or MongoDB**. * Experience designing and maintaining **SaaS application environments**, including systems and networks. * Experience delivering **software or infrastructure development projects**. * Strong skills in **process improvement, troubleshooting and root\-cause analysis**. * Excellent **communication and collaboration skills**, with the ability to build strong relationships with development teams. * Flexibility and adaptability in a **dynamic environment with changing priorities**. * **English proficiency at B2\+ level or above, ideally C1, is mandatory.** **WHAT WE OFFER** * Gross annual salary aligned with your experience and seniority. * Permanent contract (CTI). * Meal allowance. * Health Insurance. * Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. * Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications. * Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth. * Career progression plan. * Ongoing follow\-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
