Graphic Designer

A Graphic Designer for AV Services, Inc. will design and implement all visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the retail sector, to support our clients. **Objectives:** * Hit the ground running as soon as we bring on a project, demonstrating initiative and creativity * Lead creative teams and collaborate with other design with other professionals * Provide great customer service with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics * Unify disparate elements of a design created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs, and other components necessary for a website design * Consult with marketing, copywriting, and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients’ corporate cultures and goals * Work simultaneously between multiple projects * 40 hour work week **Qualifications and Skills:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related discipline * 4\+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency * Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation * Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript and WordPress templates * Excellent communication skills * Ability to receive and apply feedback from peers and clients Full\-Time Position has benefits including employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), competitive and comprehensive health insurance, life insurance, dental program, 401k, 401k company contribution, short\-term and long\-term disability insurance, FSA, HSA Commuter Benefit Card, full paid vacations, and paid holidays.
